A session with Metamorphosis Wellness will look like this:
Checking In - this is where the counsellor gets an understanding of how the week has been, what energy is brought to the session, and the goal for the end of the 60 minutes.
Discussion - we will talk and explore the issue at hand to achieve the goals that we have set in the beginning. It is a good idea to bring a journal so that you can jot down any activities or specific thoughts that you may want to remember later.
Checking Out - this is where we take stock of how the session went, what resonated with you and what energy you are taking back with you.
