The individual sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing. They are designed for anyone seeking support, whether navigating challenging emotions, looking for guidance, or course correction.

These individual sessions are a fusion of counselling, coaching and healing (Quantum Therapy) that together address the following subsystems:

These sessions offer a holistic experience by combining different strategies, tools, and techniques. We have a general structure but remain flexible to customize the experience to your needs.
We recognize the synergy between our body, mind, and spirit and aim to deepen and nourish this relationship. The intention is to help you learn tools and techniques to access a state of balance to help you deal with the challenges you will face.

Peak Inside a Session!
(1) Consultation Session
The consultation session is a dedicated hour where we'll delve into the concerns and issues you wish to address. We'll outline what to expect from the sessions and discuss how Quantum Therapy can be tailored to support your specific needs."
(3) Quantum Therapy Session
Depending on the outcome of the consultation or individual session, we would have identified areas and intentions for healing. During this session, we will review that and set intentions according. We will then conduct a full quantum session, followed by a debrief to discuss the experience.
To allow for integration and optimal results, there will be a minimum of a 10-day gap between each quantum session.
(2) Individual Session
These sessions focus on untangling and addressing your concerns, employing a variety of coaching and counselling tools and techniques to support your journey.
